To ensure the best product experience and best service, we encourage our clients to keep their systems up to date. If you need our assistance, our current standard licence and support contract includes support for the most current version and the two immediately preceding versions of Prophet. This means:
- Mainstream support for Prophet 2021 Q2 will cease in December 2024
Note: While FIS generally endeavours to follow the support plans on this web page, all time plans, in particular release dates and end of support times, are indicative only (red text) and FIS reserves the right to change these plans at any time without notice to clients. Binding end of support times for versions of our solutions are normally set out in the licence and support contracts with our clients or can be agreed separately upon request.
